Excellent traction in mud and snow. Road noise on tarmac surfaces but acceptable considering all-terrain construction.

Yes very good grip in wet and dry conditions. Slightly noisy compared to the continental before but it’s because of tread pattern. I knew they be louder before buying. It’s worth it for the other benefits for me. No more getting stuck on grass verges outside jobs what used to happen regularly with my continentals i had on being radials. And bonus they look really aggressive on van.

Excellent tyres love the look and the grip along with the ride which is a lot smoother. Especially on the roads in Yorkshire these days.

Not completely happy
The good things about these tyres are that they are strong, good wear, quiet and okay in sand. But I was disappointed with the quite significant lesser tread width than stated width. They’re also expensive by comparison. Lastly, three years old now and they are showing signs of wandering, so the car isn’t as tight on the road. I’m buying a new Nissan Patrol and putting bigger tyres on, but this time I’m shopping other brands as BFG hasn’t lived up to its price and expectations for my liking . I’m undecided on what tyres next

I took them off after 1000 miles , these tyres are not suitable for the Duster , Dacia Duster Technical have proved this in there on going tyre testing

Best A/T Tyre
These are my 3rd set of BFG’s A/T’s Three different vehicles over a few years 1st set was purchased when I lived in NZ Many different temperature & road/track conditions ,snow, ice, mud tracks gravel & sealed roads Travelled 60,000 K’s, still had 5,000 K’s left 2nd set KO 2’s 70,000 K’s And with plenty of tread left for 5,000 K’s or so On my 3rd set now Have found these tyres very comfortable in different road/track situations Long lasting, with regular rotation & balance checks Minimal road noise Have never had a puncture on my first 2 sets of tyres Drive 2 conditions, these tyres perform very well

Gibb on KO2s
Just completed the Cape and Gibb on KO2s, saw many with tyre damage but not the KOs, these tyres are made for punishment, highly recommended!

The tires completely change the way the van drives. It is much more solid and planted on the road, it feels much less boat like and the tires provide excellent grip both off road and in snow

Initially I was pleased with them. Unfortunately within a month of purchasing I had a puncture and a lump of rubber the size of a tennis ball had come out of the tyre. So a new tyre had to be purchased. Not impressed, thought they would be more robust than a let down within a month of purchase.

Tyres definitely make the truck feel more planted to the road.
