What can i say, really? These guys are different. An honest mob. They connect with customers, tell it as it is and keep you informed at all stages. It's old fashioned service in a business that's based on current technology, customer care and pride in product and are locals. Will be around for years. Support them.

would not recommend at all. Took my car here over a year ago for a leak to which they told me they replaced the sump gasket and all was fixed, fast forward 6 months, still leaking, took my car back to which they kept overnight and said they can’t see an oil leak despite my driveway looking like crap. Went to 2 more mechanics in the mean time to which both told me that the previous mechanic that fixed this has done it incorrectly, glue has just been slapped in there with no care in the world and isn’t even sealed correctly and to me it seems your mechanics knew this the second time you looked at it but claimed you couldn’t see anything because you knew you were in the wrong, then when I contacted back saying my car was still leaking they turned the blame on me saying I never returned my car back for another inspection? Yes well crazy thought but some people have lives and a job , not everyone has the time to leave their car overnight at a garage constantly. Especially for something that another mechanic has just fixed in a few hours , if you don’t have the time to spend fixing the vehicles correctly don’t have so many booked in for the day👍 attached photo of your shitty glue job before you deny it again :)

I was happy with the service I received at the time. But less than three days the same tyre that should have been repaired with a plug like all puncture repairs are done. On closer inspection of the tyre that was not done. The nail was removed and the tyre was went back on the car. The tyre went down Leaving me stranded again. I am not very happy. I will NOT be bring my car to be serviced as I have lost all trust in their workmanship. 😡

Absolutely amazing, fast service!
Our brakes developed a shudder and wanted to get them fixed before our outback trip which we decided to go on short notice. Most of the shops were busy but this shop fixed right them on the same day, and the Bandit at reception was amazingly nice! Thank you very much.

Would NOT recommend this mechanic, after multiple issues arising after they worked on our car and MULTIPLE inspections, they were unable to get to the cause of the issue and we ended up going to 2 different mechanics which both confirmed in writing that the issues were caused by this mechanic not putting enough bolts on the bracket and pulling the cable out of our compressor. They have only caused more dramas and drained more money from our pockets - despite being given several chances to fix the issues and being handed CLEAR photographs from the mechanic who went on to repair their issues.
Attached is just a couple of photos to clearly demonstrate where lack of care has been provided.
Not only were we out of pocket from them advising us to replace other parts that didn’t need replacing, but now we’re out of pocket over $1000 to repair their work and they are still refusing to part refund or pay for the repairs. If you’re looking for a trusted, customer serviced based mechanic - Good Year Warana ARENT it.
