About us

JESSICA KACHEL OWNER

TYREPLUS Tully, also known as Tully Tyre Service, is owned & operated by Jessica Kachel. Jess is the third generation in this tyre store, after taking over from her parents in 2016 who previously had the business for 20 years. Jess runs the business, alongside her father Geoff.

They stock, supply and fit all types of tyres and tubes from wheel barrows to tractors, including mowers, ATV's, forklifts, car's, 4WD's and trucks. They also stock a range of Industrial V Belts and Exide Batteries.

Their mechanical services include vehicle and logbook servicing, vehicle repairs and maintenance, roadworthy certificates, and wheel alignments.

During the cane season they offer 24/7 on farm service.

Geoff and his team were terrific today. We had a puncture and I changed to the spare. Geoff came out to us as soon as we arrived in the yard. Took the damaged tyre and was courteous and professional. The office team are efficient and friendly. A great business with amazing customer service. That’s what makes the difference. Louise and Dave. Travellers.

Excellent service. I rang for a tyre puncture repair, they returned my call promptly, arranged a booking, and fixed it super quickly. Thanks a lot!

We are travelling and needed some prompt tyre repair (changing) great service, prompt and great price so we were back on our way with minimal delay - need a tyre or 4? Then come here 💪

This business replaced the front struts on our Holden Commodore Berlina in 2023. Although we were charged for full strut kits, the mounts were not replaced. The old mounts failed in February 2024. This business admitted that the mounts had not been replaced in 2023 and offered to replace the mounts free of charge “under warranty”. It is November 2024 and one of the replacement mounts has failed (see photo) and the other is showing premature signs of failure. We can not recommend this business for mechanical work. I want to thank the team at Tully for the work they did on my Ute. I had spent a considerable amount of money at another business only to find it wasn’t done correctly but Chey and the team at Tully sorted it out and I’m very impressed. On driving my vehicle home It was like driving a new car, thank you all.
