Walked in and had my two tyres removed and replaced with new second hand 80 percent tread and realigned for a budget price of 300 on my HiAce was best decision I made that day as saved me from being stuck with a flat tyre and we ended up being served with in an hour which was very quick service since they seemed to be super busy. Great place to get tyres have used them two times now and both times was highly valued work..thanks team by the way lovely lady very knowledgeable at the front desk looks after me with best recommendations and is absolute pleasure to deal with

I broke down on the highway last night and road side assistance towed me to the nearest tyre shop. Rang the tyre shop first thing this morning telling them I urgently needing a flat tyre changed — a job that takes less than 10 minutes. I was told they I needed to come in by 11:30am, I live in Marsden so I had to drive to the tyre shop to find out their man who replaces the tyres had already gone home, they kept going that they pay time and a half today so if nothing is booked in they let the person who changes the tyres to go home, they advertise they are open on a Saturday till 12pm. They offered me one option as I don’t know the area so basically they couldn’t squeeze me in, or show basic customer care.
In the end, I had to drive all the way to Logan Central just to get the tyre changed. That’s a completely avoidable 50+ km trip when there are several tyre shops right here in Tingalpa that could have helped but chose not to.
Very disappointed with the lack of service and unwillingness to help someone in a simple situation. Poor experience overall.

I had been getting a recurring error message on my Audi’s computer about a tyre pressure anomaly. I took my vehicle to several mechanics who said they couldn’t find a problem and they just reset the Audi computer. But the error message kept returning within a few days. Someone recommended Tyreplus in Tingalpa and I asked if they could have a look for me. They booked my vehicle in and found the problem (a tiny nail embedded in the tyre!) and fixed it. I’ve been driving for several months now and it’s been perfect! Thank you Tyreplus Tingalpa! Highly recommend them!

What a Fantastic experience with these gentlemen. My tyre has a puncture and I came in knowing everywhere around my house is fully booked. They could see I needed help and even though they were under the pump, they fit me in to really help me out. I am so thankful for the kind service and I will continue bringing my car here because I truly believe that it is hard to find people who care and that will do what they can to help out. Jack and Ash, you are the best and appreciated.
