I highly recommend Direct Discounts Tyres and Automotive! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. The service was fast, efficient, and hassle-free from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their pricing is very fair. It’s hard to find such honest and reliable automotive service these days, but this team truly goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Excellent customer service, quick turnaround, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing tyres or mechanical work!

I purchased the $199 member service package, which includes 3 minor services with labour covered. At my recent visit, I was charged $150 for just oil and the oil filter. I later checked and found the exact same oil and filter cost only $45 at retail (Supercheap Auto). I understand there may be some markup, but triple the cost seems excessive — especially when labour is already included. Hoping the next two services under this deal are more transparent and fairly priced.
Car was pretty smooth after the service though.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I’ve genuinely had enough of the disrespect and lack of basic customer service at this business.
At first, I wondered if I was spoken to so rudely because I am a woman, but after reading other reviews from women with similar experiences, it seems the issue is simply that the two staff members behind the counter are consistently inconsiderate and unprofessional.
It’s incredibly disappointing that after 30 years of bringing my cars to this company, I was met with such sloppy customer service. When I politely mentioned that I needed to leave because I had somewhere to be, one of the staff members actually responded with, “We all have somewhere to be.” Truly amazing customer service…
I’ve also always wondered why my dash cameras are unplugged every time I collect my car. I doubt I’ll ever get an honest answer, but it has definitely raised concerns.
After decades of loyalty, this experience has made it clear that customer respect is no longer a priority here.

Had an urgent need to get a wheel alignment performed on my Porsche. The team fit me into their schedule on the same day. Very happy with the work and the feedback they provided me. Car is good to go back to Brisbane now. Thanks Wai Wu & Team!!!!
