Tried to get a puncture repair fixed, girl at reception was helpful. Unfortunately not the same for what I assume is the owner, tried to tell me it was run flat because of some old marks on the tyre, did not even take the tyre off the rim.when I tried to tell him they were old, I was fobbed off and not interested in hearing. Obviously didnt want to do it. Will not bring my business there again. Terrible customer service.. Edit: thanks for the reply, but I will not ever return. Also the owner should look at a new line of work because obviously customer service isn't working for him.

Needed a new tyre valve stem fitted, price was expensive. Reception was nice and friendly but worker showed no interest

Tried twice to work with this place. Once to fix a puncture which they failed to fix properly while “Dean” demanded I leave my dogs in the sun on a 38C day while I was waiting. So I had to come back get it fixed again. At the same time I asked them to fit a fire guard shield I supplied while the car was on hoist. They forgot. Then a year later I rang to get a quote for new tyres for my vintage car which “Dean” somehow turned into an argument asking me what I thought they should cost. Eventually just asked him for a quote that was basically double what I was quoted in Victor Harbour for exactly the same thing plus he didn’t include fitting, balancing etc, which they did. He’s so grumpy and objectionable it’s like a Fawlty Towers experience. Avoid at all costs.
