I have been coming to this tyre shop for years. Today was to get 2 new tyres. Pictured is the ruined one. I had no clue it had gotten this bad. Highly recommend this location of Tyreplus. Many thanks.

I love the team here at Tyre Plus Broadmeadows. Super friendly, Sean and Hayden are a wealth of knowledge, and always happy to have a chat about what is going on with our vehicles by either showing and explaining things in detail allowing any of my family members to feel comfortable with the decisions they make. Highly recommend this place.

Shaun and Jackie did an excellent job. My car has a brand-new set of tyres that were fitted professionally. Everything was done on time and I was super happy with the way it all unfolded so a big thanks to the team and I would gladly return again and recommended others do so.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Tyreplus. The representative I dealt with was arrogant, rude, and more focused on praising himself than actually addressing my concerns. He repeatedly dismissed me, and to make matters worse, he cut the conversation short by hanging up the phone.
This behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tyreplus to anyone. Customers deserve respect, courtesy, and proper service — none of which were shown in this interaction.
