Ben, from parts, just told me my business is not needed (this is after being told to call him back after 40 minutes and then having him tell me he isn't even sure if the part we were quoted on was correct.) Extremely unprofessional. Both the receptionist and the parts department either never answer the phone or they don't have "access" to the things their department offers. I also find it interesting that there is only a one star or five star review. High do not recommend. Especially if your after parts.
Very friendly and a wealth of knowledge from the Brand Manager Richard. When I am ready I will certainly buy my car from Trivett. Very happy experience.
Some really nice cars in the showrooms.
My first experience with Richard Quan was driving to the Trivett Aston Martin Showroom from the farm with cow poo splattered over the wheel arches of my ute and a little bit of the same on my moleskin trousers that only farmers wear during the winter time. Richard took me at face value that I was interested in buying a car from him and I asked him if he could start all the engines on the floor and rev the engines. I said I will have this one and since then I have been back to buy 3 more Astons over the years only from Richard, the latest being a 2018 5 litre DB11. In excluding other sales staff to help me is due to that initial graceful and courteous manner which is the hallmarks of Richard's character in the position he holds as Branch Manager.
The treatment my colleague received for inquiring about parts is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I am gobsmacked that a name brand like Trivett and Aston Martin would have employees who treat customers with poor service. I'm talking about you.... Ben
